I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-focused, and Compassion-based therapy.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
-
We will discuss what led you to seek help and your expectations of the therapeutic process.
-
I will explain to you what informed consent is and ask if you have any questions.
-
I will discuss how communication with me works between sessions and discuss how many sessions I believe may be required. I want my clients to feel at ease with me, as I believe in unconditional positive regard.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
